Jennifer is a professor at the Lorenzo di Medici Institute of Florence where she teaches Yoga and Philosophy courses within the CAMNES’ Religious Studies Department. Her education in the Yogic Sciences began in 2001 in New York City and she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2008. She then continued her education, subsequently receiving additional teacher certifications in Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Advanced Therapeutic Yoga during 2009-2011, along with completing a year-long training in Yoga, Anatomy, and Breathing in 2012. It was also in 2012 when Jennifer relocated to live in Dharamsala, India for intensive studies with HH the Dalai Lama. While living in India, she received her Advanced Expert Yoga Teacher Certification and Reiki Master Healer Certification.
In addition to her experience in Yoga, Reiki, and Philosophy, Jennifer is an Ayurvedic consultant and holistic wellness coach. She received her Continuing Education Certification from FIT, New York City and BFA from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
Jennifer’s teaching methodology is designed for students to discover their own innate wisdom and personal transformation potential through the mind, body, and spirit connection. Currently, she is the head of faculty for the Beijing International School of Yoga and lead teacher trainer at Radici Yoga in Florence, Italy. She also travels in Asia, Central America, Europe, and the USA to lead teacher trainings and workshops in both Classical and Therapeutic Yoga and Philosophy.
